This report dated 9/15/1847 has been provided for the urban planning committees of various cities in England. My name is Jahlil Douglas, and as a mid level city inspector I trust that you will use the information within to determine appropriate needs in urban planning for your municipalities. My report has been through as i have made use of all the sources available to me and have worked to guide you through my own analysis and critical thinking to a full description of the issues facing our cities.

There weren't many positive views on the industrial cities. The positive views on the industrial cities were the owners that were friends of man kind. The Cotton Mill was a clean and friendly environment.(Doc C)

There were many negative views on the industrial cities. The cities were polluted with smoke coming from the factories and the rivers were turning purple. Women and children were forced to work in dungeons with heavy choking air that caused bad health. The working had to work in uncomfortably work conditions. Factory work was causing peoples limbs to be distorted.

Based on the sources provided to me I think industrialization had a negative impact on living and working conditions in the cities. The most convincing information is the pollution and the rivers being purple. other information that is also convincing is the women and children worked in dungeons with heavy choking air.
